ENFIELD, CT – Marjorie C. (Cheney) Goff, 74, (1949-2023) passed away on Friday, June 16th, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. She was born in Springfield, MA to the late Robert E. Cheney. She was a communicant of St. Peter’s Church in Westfield, volunteered for many years for Toys for Tots and helped care, feed, and clothe the neighborhood children.
Sadly, she was predeceased by her husband, Richard E. Goff, Sr., her aunt Margie, her siblings, Robert E. Cheney, Jr. and his wife Jackie, Barbara, William Cheney and David Cheney and her stepmother Ada Cheney.
She is survived by her loving son, Richard E. Goff, III and his wife Daniella of Enfield, CT, grandchildren, Tanner J. Goff and Logan A. Goff of Enfield, CT, her sisters, Diane Kaborsky and her husband Al of Florida, Anna Delonardis and her late husband Vin of Maine, Noreen Beardsley of New Hampshire and Linda Dupuis and her husband Ross of Brimfield, brothers James Cheney of New Hampshire and several nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4-7 p.m. in the Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield, MA 01085 and a graveside service on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in Calvary Cemetery, Chicopee, MA. www.firtionadams.com
