WESTFIELD – 
Mildred E. (Teel) Blake Billings, 85 died Wednesday, February 26, 2020 in a local nursing home. She was born in Springfield on July 24, 1934 to the late Charles and Helen (Dubey) Teel. She grew up in Springfield and attended local schools. She was a member of the First Congregational Church in Westfield. She was a member of T.O.P.S., enjoyed watching movies and playing bingo. She was pre-deceased by her husbands, John Blake and Donald Billings. She leaves her children Charles Blake and his wife Gail of Westfield, Mark Blake and his wife Susan of Ludlow and Donna Hart of Florida, her stepson Dennis Billings and his wife Sharon of Granville. She also leaves many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 4th at 10 am in the First Congregational Church, 18 Broad Street, Westfield.
