Christine M. Webb, 34, of 26 Williams St., Chester, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid registration sticker.
Anthony W. Warren, 19, of 23 Jaeger Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Keith Roberts, 60, of 7 S. Loomis St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 1, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Michael W. Riel, 48, of 421 North Main St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Patti J. Rigg, 53, of 1104 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 1, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan M. Roberts, 49, of 4 Waterman Ave., East Longmeadow, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan 25, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Nathan J. Janisieski, 20, of 198 Sackett Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 29, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
