Seventy two 3rd grade students from Paper Mill Elementary School in Westfield were recognized as Students of the Month for November. Principal Susan Dargie, in conjunction with all the third grade teachers at Paper Mill, created a contest to encourage students to complete their homework assignments. The students who succeeded in completing all the homework assignments during the month were recognized with a gift certificate to and their picture in The Westfield News. (Photo submitted)
