Derek Webb, 20, of 44 Mechanic St., was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail for each of thee separate cases brought by Westfield police. In each of the three cases he was charged with assault and battery and in one case also with aggravated assault and battery.
Jimmy Cruz, 19, of 11 Union Ave., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $150. And charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor and selling or delivering liquor to persons younger than the legal drinking age were not prosecuted.
Alan Dargis Jr. 36, of 16 Cross St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 127-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. Hew as fined $750 and assessed $350. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Lee E. Haseltine, 53, of 11 Salem Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of intimidating a witness was not prosecuted.
Gregory E. Hefty, 32, of 6 Belmont St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Justin M. Black, 25, of no fixed address in Holyoke, saw charges of breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of a building not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Joseph A. Velez Jr., 45, of 15 Fowler St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Lucas Castro, 25, of 85 Otis St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Kimberly A. Crane, 40, of 19 Oak Avenue Extension, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50
Lavar N. Burney, 32, of 10 Francis St., Pittsfield, was $1,000 personal surety pending a Dec. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and speeding in violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.
Luis A. Nieves, 22. Of 28 Santa Barbara St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age was not prosecuted.

Corey T. Black, 20, of 76 Raymond Circle, Agawam, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and was ordered to pay restitution of $2,000.
Robert J. Turgeon Jr., 25, of 14 Phelps Ave., saw a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed when the victim failed to appear in court.
Mark A. Nikiel, 38, of 8 Conner Ave., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the victim failed to appear in court.
Kyle L. Cortis, 29, of 86 Main St., Russell, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and charges of operating under the influence of liquor and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident were not prosecuted.
Efrain Diaz, 30, of 90 McKinstry Ave., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
John M. Rheaume Jr., 21, of 16 Johns Drive, Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was sentenced to a ten-day term in the house of correction concurrent with a term imposed for a separate offense. He was found to be responsible for a snow or recreational vehicle violation on a public way and not responsible for a charge of being a recreational vehicle operator younger than 18 years-of-age without completing a safety course;
David J. Mitchell, 20, of 44 Church St., pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 60-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $50. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Mitchell pleaded guilty to a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle and was sentenced to a six-month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Jason D. Hannum, 23, of 4 Columbia St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Josue A. Rios, 23, of 26 School St., was released on $2,000 personal surety pending an Oct. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass and failure to disperse a riot brought by Westfield police.
Randy J. Carroll, 28, of 88 Leo Ave., Dracut, was found to have violated probation imposed in July, 2012, when he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police and was held without right to bail.
