Aubrey Armstrong, 30, of no fixed address in South Hadley, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Jay E. Salvhus, 40, of 278 Huntington Road, Chester, saw a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
Chauntel A. Spillane, 23, of an address restricted by the court, saw a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
Michael Velez, 53, of 15 Fowler St., Holyoke, saw a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
Robert L. Coppa, 56, of 37 South Meadow Road, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed without prejudice to when the Registry of Motor Vehicles witness failed to appear in court.

Terry A. MacNair, 69, of 515 South Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 18 hearing after he was arraigned on three charges of improper storage of firearms and four charges of possession of firearms without a FID card brought by Granville police.
Bernardo E. Garcia, 38, of 275 South Longyard Road, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Southwick police dismissed when the alleged victim invoked the Fifth Amendment and refused to testify.
Emily E. Grimm, 31, of 122 E. River Road, Huntington, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Cynthia L. Poole, 41, of 97 Klaus Anderson Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation one year. She was assessed $50.
William F. Matthews, 25, of 23 Frederick St., was enjoined from making any threats or violence when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 10, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Carl L. Diaz, 19, of 799 Main Road, Granville, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating an uninsured motor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration was dismissed.
Airek Douglas, 20, of 18 Bretton Road, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
John J. Fitzgibbons, 55, of 6 Columbia St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey D. Krawczyk, 24, of no fixed address in Westfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of inhaling a toxic substance brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served since Aug. 14.
Christine Puza, 20, of 257 Falley Drive, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of threatening to commit a crime, making annoying telephone calls or electronic communications and assault and battery and the charges were continued without a finding with probation six months. She was assessed $50.
