12:19 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Union Street, a patrol officer request a tow for a vehicle found to be operated by a person with a suspended license, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard;
8:04 a.m.: breaking and entering, Forest Glen Apartments, 100 Lockhouse Road, a resident came to the station to report that her vehicle was entered and property was stolen, the responding officer reports the woman said that she parked her car about 8:30 p.m. and when she returned to it about 7:20 a.m. she found that the contents had been disturbed and her purse, wallet and watch had been stolen;
10:31 a.m.: counterfeiting, Southampton Road, a caller from a fast food restaurant reports that a counterfeit $20 was discovered in a cash register, the responding officer report the caller said that the bill was passed between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., the caller said that this is the second such note discovered in the past month;
11:45 a.m.: suspicious vehicle, Meadow Street, a caller reports a suspicious vehicle, the responding officer reports the vehicle was found to be unregistered, the car was towed to the police impound yard;
2:02 p.m.: breaking and entering, Russellville Road, a caller reports a vehicle was entered overnight and property was stolen, the responding office reports the victim showed the office security video which showed a female party enter the vehicle at 12:05 a.m., a GPS device was stolen, the case was referred to the detective bureau;
2:20 p.m.: breaking and entering, Russellville Road, a call reports his pickup truck was broken into overnight;
3:42 p.m.: larceny, Franklin Street, a resident came to the station to report that his bicycle was stolen on Saturday, the responding officer reports the victim said that he left his bike in a relative’s driveway while he was visiting and found it gone when he returned;
3:52 p.m.: forgery, Franklin Street, a detective in the financial crimes unit of the Detective Bureau reports a forged check was passed at a Franklin Street liquor store, the detective reports his investigation is ongoing;
4:45 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Long Pond Road, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found be expired and the pickup truck was towed to the police impound yard;
6:15 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Main Street, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found be expired and the pickup truck was towed to the police impound yard;
7:06 p.m.: animal complaint, Crown Street, a caller reports she took custody of a small dog seen to be running in traffic, the responding animal control officer reports she transported the dog to the municipal animal shelter;
7:35 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Main Street, a patrol officer reports a traffic stop, the vehicle’s registration was found be expired and the pickup truck was towed to the police impound yard;
8:23 p.m.: breaking and entering, State Street, a caller reports someone entered his house, the responding officer reports the caller said that he ignored a knock on his door because he didn’t want to see anybody and moments later heard a key in the lock and the door opened, the man said that he recognized the woman who entered his home to be the mother of an acquaintance who had been allowed to stay at his home for a time and had therefore been given a key, the woman left the area before police arrived.
