12:53 a.m.: noise complaint, Flynn Meadow Road, a caller reports dirt bikes operating near the high school are disturbing his peace, the responding officer reports he spoke with a man and advised him of the consequences of additional complaints, see 9:02 p.m. entry;
2:32 a.m.: assist other police department, Westfield State University, 577 Western Ave, WSU police request the use of a cell for a prisoner in custody, a cell monitor was provided, services rendered;
2:39 a.m.: assault, Morris Avenue, a resident came to the station to report that he was assaulted by a known party, the responding officer reports the victim’s tooth punctured his upper lip, a criminal complaint was filed and the victim was transported to Noble Hospital by Fire Department ambulance;
10:12 a.m.: city ordinance violation, Janelle Drive, a caller complains of an uncleared sidewalk, the responding officer reports the relevant homeowner acknowledged her responsibility and said that she has made arrangements to clear the sidewalk as she is unable to do so herself;
9:02 p.m.: noise complaint, Montgomery Road, a caller reports an ATV operating nearby is disturbing the peace of the neighborhood, the responding officer reports a person warned early in the morning was again operating a recreational vehicle, a city ordinance violation citation was issued;
10:23 p.m.: disabled vehicle, Root Road at Medeiros Way, a caller reports a tractor-trailer unit is in the middle of a field, the responding officer reports a trucker missed a turn and attempted to turn around in a field where his truck became mired, the officer reports the trucker made arrangements to extricate his truck.
