2:34 a.m.: annoying phone calls, Southwick Road, a caller reports receiving unwanted phone calls from a known party, the caller asks only that the calls stop, the responding officer reports he spoke with the other party of what appeared to be an ongoing dispute who said he would be happy to break off contact with the woman;
3:12 a.m.: officer wanted, Franklin Street, a caller reports his former girlfriend just left his home with his property including a tablet computer, the responding officer reports he spoke with the woman and learned that she had not stolen the tablet but has been using it as a phone for the past two weeks because her cellphone is broken, the woman returned to the residence and peace was restored;
3:55 a.m.: accident, Briarwood Place at Southwick Road, an officer responding to a property damage accident reports he arrived to find a vehicle in a snowbank and an operator who appeared to be intoxicated, the officer reports the operator failed a field sobriety test, Jose Agosto, 27, of 342 Southwick Road, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, the car was towed to the police impound yard;
9:58 a.m.: suspicious activity, Elm Street, a superior officer reports that he investigated the occupants of a suspicious vehicle parked at an Elm Street parking lot and found two were the subjects of outstanding warrants, Keith J. Bissaillon, 36, of 685 Elm St., West Springfield, was arrested on a warrant issued in 2014 by Holyoke District Court and Christy J. Marshall, 36, of 685 Elm St., West Springfield, was arrested on a warrant issued in 2014 by Gardner District Court;
2:50 p.m.: larceny, East Main Street, a caller from an East Main Street department store reports a larceny from the store, the responding detective reports his investigation is ongoing;
2:58 p.m.: fraudulent identification, East Main Street, a caller from an East Main Street liquor store reports that a customer produced an identification card which was fraudulent, the responding officer reports the bogus identification card was seized, a criminal complaint was filed;
3:11 p.m.: found property, East Main Street at Mainline Drive, a DPW worker reports finding a wallet while clearing a fire hydrant, the responding officer reports the Agawam resident who apparently owns the wallet could not be immediately contacted and the wallet was stored for safekeeping;
4:32 p.m.: assault, Union Street, a caller reports he saw a man punch his brother, the responding officer reports the victim said that a black man came to the door asking for a woman who does not live at the address, the man said that when the suspect was told that the woman does not live there and was asked to leave he became angry and an argument ensued which continued until he was punched in the face, the victim insisted he does not know his assailant and declined medical assistance;
7:53 p.m.: suspicious activity, North Elm Street, a caller reports she has been getting harassing phone calls from a known party, the responding officer reports the caller said that she had previously complained about a person who had been coming to her retail workplace and asking questions that made her uncomfortable and the man stayed away for a short time after an officer spoke with him but had resumed his actions, the woman said that her employer had been unable to serve him with a ‘No trespassing’ order, the woman said that the man has now somehow obtained her phone number and has been calling her, the officer advised the complainant that a criminal complaint for criminal harassment would be filed.
