2:05 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, East Main Street at Little River Road, a patrol officer reports that the operator of a vehicle seen operating at 60 mph initially refused to stop, the vehicle was stopped at Tow Path Lane,  Angel L. Dejesus, 27, of 6 Tow Path Lane, was arrested for speeding in violation of special regulations, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and for red light and marked lanes violations;
11:44 a.m.: Larceny, Big Y, 475 E. Main St., an employee reports a past shoplifting incident, the responding officer reports the complainant said that surveillance video showed that a male party left the store without paying for a quantity of razors;
1:56 p.m.: breaking and entering, Noble Avenue, a contractor reports that he returned to a job site to find the garage door had been broken and tools and supplies valued at about $6,000 had been stolen;
7:27 p.m.: accident, Springfield Road at Union Street, multiple callers report a car struck a traffic light, no injuries were reported, the responding officer reports the traffic light was knocked down but is still functioning, the state Department of Transportation was notified.
