8:14 a.m.: Accident, North Elm Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2016 Ford Fusion and a 2002 Nissan Sentra. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks requested, but Department of Public Works was requested to assist with debris removal.

11:31 a.m.: Accident, hit-and-run, Walmart, Springfield Road. Police received a report of a vehicle that was reportedly struck while parked in the parking lot.. There was no information left behind and the security footage reportedly had no visual help. Police are investigating.

2:01 p.m.: Accident, West Silver Street. Police received a report of a two-vehicle crash involving a 2002 Toyota Tacoma and a 2005 Ford F150. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks requested.

2:24 p.m.: Burglary/breaking and entering, Davis Street. Police received a report of a residence that was allegedly broken into and a firearm reportedly stolen from it. Police reported that there is a suspect but did not report how the residence was allegedly broken into. Police are investigating.

2:35 p.m.: Accident, Western Avenue. Police received a report for a two-vehicle crash involving a 2000 Toyota Tundra and a 2012 Nissan Rogue with injuries. Westfield Fire Ambulance and paramedics also responded to the accident, as well as a tow truck. Police reported that one person was transported via ambulance to Baystate Noble Hospital and one vehicle was towed.

2:52 p.m.: Accident, South Maple Street. Police received a report from an officer on a detail of a minor two-vehicle crash involving a 2016 Toyota Camry and a 2004 Infiniti G35. No injuries were reported and no tow trucks requested.
