Brendon J. Schomer, 24, of 5 Tobacco Road, Southwick, received a 127-day sentence to House of Corrections suspended for one year with probation after pleading guilty to charges of operating under the influence of liquor—second offense—and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a charge of possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle had a finding of not responsible, originally brought by Southwick Police.
