12:44 a.m.: disturbance, Cowles Court, a caller reports a disturbance in a parking lot, the responding officer reports he encountered two persons involved in a verbal altercation, the officer reports the male party was belligerent and declined to calm himself, Brandon James Reynolds, 20, of 41 Norman St., Chicopee, was arrested for disorderly conduct;
4:57 p.m.: animal complaint, North Road, a caller reports taking custody of a friendly beagle-mix dog wearing a collar but no tags, the responding animal control officer reports she transported an older puggle dog to the Westfield Animal Shelter;
6:44 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, East Main Street, a patrol officer reports a routine check of a vehicle seen operating on East Main Street revealed that the vehicle’s registration had been revoked, the vehicle was stopped and the officer reports the operator was found to be the subject of an outstanding warrant, Nicole L. Hellers, 36, of 32 Hampden St., Westfield, was arrested on a warrant issued by Westfield District Court.
