6:20 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, North Elm Street, a patrol officer reports he observed a vehicle operating at an excessive rate of speed, the vehicle was stopped and the operator’s license was found to have been suspended, Michael L. Rodriguez, 22, of 126 Union St., was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
7:29 a.m.: assist other agency, Orange Street, a Department of Children and Families representative requests assistance with the subject of outstanding warrants believed to be at an Orange Street address, the responding officer reports the suspect attempted to flee via a rear door but stopped when he encountered police K-9 Ares waiting for him, Tyler Charles Little, 28, of 29 Orange St., was arrested on six warrants issued by Holyoke, Springfield and Westfield district courts;
11:37 a.m.: suspicious person, Russellville Road, an off-duty Chicopee officer reports he observed a person in the woods who he believed to a be a run-away juvenile, the responding officer reports the described girl was not found but he encountered two adult pedestrians who were found to be the subjects of outstanding warrants, Whitney M. Tougas, 33, of 16 Westernview Drive, East Longmeadow, was arrested on a warrant issued by Springfield District Court, Adrian R. Tougas, 31, of 10 Ranger St. South Hadley, was arrested on a warrant issued by Palmer District Court;
1:44 p.m.: vandalism, Evergreen Drive, a resident came to the station to complain of vandalism to his vehicle, the responding officer reports the man said that a door of his truck was dented.
