2:26 a.m.: incapacitated person, Franklin Street, a patrol officer reports he encountered an intoxicated male party who officers had earlier returned to the custody of his roommates, the young man was placed in protective custody;
9:04 a.m.: disturbance, Russell Road, a caller reports her boyfriend appears to be intoxicated and she doesn’t want him near her children, the responding officer reports the couple had been involved in an altercation because the man was sent home from work because he was under the influence of prescription medication, the officer reports the man appeared to be under the influence of something and was found to be the subject of two outstanding warrants, Alexis Rivera, 33, of 974 Russell Road, was arrested on the two warrants;
10:04 a.m.: vandalism, Half Mile Falls Park, North Elm Street, a caller reports he discovered vandalism to the fountains in the park, the responding officer reports a contractor hired to winterize the fountains reports he found brass fittings in the dry fountains which had been broken off the piping of the fountains;
11:12 a.m.: annoying phone calls, Furrow Street, a residents reports online that her 16-year old daughter has received threatening text messages, the complainant wrote that the text message service provider requested that police make contact with them to further the investigation into the misuse of the text messaging service;
1:48 p.m.: vandalism, West Road, a caller reports that someone smashed the windshield of his vehicle, the responding officer reports the caller showed him the windshield which had cracks radiating from two indentations in the windshield consistent with blows from a hammer or similar instrument,
2:31 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Elm Street, a patrol officer requests a tow for a vehicle found to have expired registration, the vehicle was towed to the police impound yard;
10:35 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Main Street, a caller reports erratic operation of a vehicle, officers were advised to be on the lookout for the car and an officer reports he stopped a car for operating without lights which fit the description of the suspect vehicle, the operator appeared to be intoxicated and failed a field sobriety test, Keely S. Asimakopoulos, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor.
