9:10 p.m.: suspicious persons, Jannelle Drive, a caller reports hearing voices and seeing persons walking in a wooded area, the responding officer reports he found three North Middle School pupils who were skipping school, each of the trio was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana, the boys were transported to the station and their parents were notified, city ordinance violation citations were issued and the school resource officer for their school was advised of the incident;
11:58 a.m.: breaking and entering, Powder Mill Village, 126 Union St., a caller reports a case of breaking and entering, the responding officer reports the complainant said that she was informed by a neighbor that a cable television worker entered her apartment to check the cable, the neighbor told the woman that that when the worker left he told her that no problems were found, the resident said that noting was found to be missing but the cable company would give her no information about the incident, the officer reports he called the company but is still waiting for a response;
12:58 p.m.: identity fraud, Woodside Terrace, a resident came to the station to report identity theft, the responding officer reports the man said that a check of his credit record revealed an outstanding balance of almost $1,500 on an account he did not open, the man said that two telephone accounts were opened in Las Vegas, Nev., without his knowledge and at the time he had been living in Delaware;
2:34 p.m.: arrest, Parker Avenue, detectives report that they sought the subject of an outstanding warrant at her home and discovered her there, Angela Wheatley, 26, of 15 Parker St., was arrested on the warrant without incident;
3:34 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Washington Street at Green Avenue, a traffic bureau officer reports he observed a youth operating a motorized scooter without a helmet, the scooter was stopped and the machine was transported to the police impound yard;
4:22 p.m.: loitering, Half Mile Falls Park, a caller reports three youths are skateboarding at the park, the responding officer reports he identified two teenaged skateboarders who were advised that the use of their toys is prohibited in city parks and warned of the possible repercussion of further infractions;
10:08 p.m.: noise complaint, Mechanic Street, a caller reports a large college aged party, the responding officer reports he found about 25 persons at a Halloween party who were advised of the complaint.
