1:51 p.m.: identity fraud, North Elm Street, a resident came to the station to complain that a credit account was opened in her name without her knowledge, the responding officer reports the victim said that she learned of a credit transaction for more than $5,000 made in her name and processed through a Georgia jewelry store, the case was referred to the detective bureau;
1:59 p.m.: larceny, Highland View Street, a caller reports her mail box was ripped from her home and stolen, the responding officer reports the incident appears to be part of an domestic situation, an incident report was filed.
