1:41 p.m.: larceny, Stop & Shop, 57 Main St., a store employee reports a woman was seen pushing a loaded shopping cart past the cash registers and out of the store, the responding officer reports the suspect was identified and charges are pending;
6:19 p.m.: animal complaint, Pearl Street, a caller reports a limping friendly boxer mix dog jumped into her vehicle, the responding animal control officer reports she took custody of the pit bull dog and transported it to the animal shelter;
10:13 p.m.: liquor law violation, a patrol officer reports he observed a male party drinking beer in public, a city ordinance violation citation was issued;
11:50 p.m.: disturbance, Lincoln Street, a caller reports excessive noise from college aged neighbors, the responding officers report the revelers were leaving when they arrived and the tenants apologized for the disturbance.
