8:11 a.m.: assault, Fowler Street, a resident came to the station to report a previous assault.The responding officer reports the man said that he was assaulted by another person with a furniture leg, the man said that he went to the emergency room for treatment, the officer report his investigation is incomplete;
12:31 p.m.: illegal trash disposal, Servistar Industrial way, a DPW worker reported a tractor trailer operator is dumping agricultural products, the responding officer reports about 25 heads of lettuce were found, the DPW was advised of the refuse;
2:57 p.m.: larceny, Elm Street, a resident came to the station to report larceny from his residence, the responding officer reports the complainant said that a number of valuables have been stolen from him since October, the officer reports there are no signs of forcible entry, the caller identified a possible suspect;
4:20 p.m.: officer wanted, Montgomery Road, a resident came to the station to complain that her daughter is being bullied at the high school, the responding officer reports the complainant said that she has been pursuing the issue with school officials, the school resource officer was advised;
4:30 p.m.: vandalism, rail trail, Main Street, a caller reports graffiti was found on the rail trail, the responding officer reports male anatomical graffiti was found on the bike trail;
5:41 p.m.: fraud, a resident came to the station to complain that he was the subject of an attempted scam, the responding officer reports the complaint said that he responded to a “mystery shopper” ad and was urged to deposit a check sent to him, the responding officer reports the check was found to be fraudulent.
