6:58 a.m.: found property, Bartlett Street, a resident came to the station to surrender a black cellphone found on Bartlett Street, the responding officer reports the owner could not be immediately determined and the phone was stored for safe keeping;
9:26 a.m.: larceny, East Main Street, a caller from an East Main Street hardware store reports a past larceny, the responding offer reports an incident report was filed;
12:20 p.m.: breaking and entering, Oakcrest Drive, a resident came to the station to report his vehicle was broken into some time in the past few days and property was stolen, the responding officer reports that the car had been unlocked and the victim’s wallet was stolen;
3:33 p.m.: annul complaint, Springfield Road, a caller reports taking custody of a baby goose, the responding animal control officer reports the duckling was transported to the municipal animal shelter pending transfer to a wildlife rehabilitator;
9:58 p.m.: fire, Loomis Ridge, a caller reports a fire, the responding firefighters report that a fire in a bedroom had been extinguished prior to their arrival, the firefighters opened a wall to check for extensions of the fire but found none;
11:25 p.m.: assault, Union Street, a caller reports a woman entered her home and assaulted her, the responding officer reports the disturbance stemmed from a domestic relationship.
