It’s time to change the “monopoly” of the way cable carriers are allowed to operate. Much in the same way that Bell Telephone was toppled years ago; this situation needs to evolve to allow the public, not cities/towns/cable carrriers to reap the benefits of choosing their own carrier. Why is it that we cannot have at least 3 choices in cable carriers to choose from? We can get our phone service and internet service from multiple carriers. However, for cable tv we have one choice: Comcast/Xfiniity. The way it is now, Comcast has us all hostage to their various high priced “packages”. It’s time we, the people, get to choose our own cable service provider!

I am totally in favor of the 2nd amendment.  I believe that any citizen who wants to join the National Guard and then go out and buy a musket has every right to do just that.  When did a “well regulated militia” become an unregulated citizenry?  I guess when the gun wackos (RESPONSIBLE gun owners not included) have people like those well-known patriots, Ted Nugent and Rush Limbaugh as their spokespersons, what can you expect.  Those blowhards got out of military service by walking around for a month unwashed and with crappy pants (Nugent) and Limbaugh suffered with a boil on his butt.
