How annoying is it that we have to put up with all these U.S. Senatorial ads night after night every five or ten minutes apart on every local channel? The mute button on my remote is just about worn off. Can it become any more pathetic than when Scott Brown has his wife and kids appear in an ad professing his great admiration for women?

Good morning. I just took a ride down Cross Street and I noticed that they’ve reseeded all of the protected space. Gee, I wonder how much extra money that’s going to cost the residents of Westfield. If the mayor had just left the property alone until he had done things properly, he wouldn’t have had to go to the expense of having a company come in and reseed the property to get through the winter. They even reseeded the piles of top soil. They didn’t even spread it. They reseeded the mounds of dirt and the fields instead of just leaving it the way it was. That’s putting the cart before the horse.

Following the Westfield News’ articles about the Southwick selectmen, I find it very troubling that two selectmen, yes “men,” are upset with the selectwoman because she doesn’t vote the way they want her to. Now they’re getting lawyers involved to have her removed from office for various reasons. The problem is not with her, it’s with the people of Southwick who voted her into office because we wanted a change. We voted her in, she’s doing a good job, and I’d like to see the selectmen give her a fair chance. PulseLine, thank you for being there to air our concerns.
