SPRINGFIELD – Lindsay Wilcox scored a career-high 11 points, and the Southwick-Tolland High School girls’ basketball team outscored Pioneer Valley Christian School 16-5 in the fourth quarter en route to a 31-26 victory Thursday night.
“It took us a little while to get going,” Southwick coach Mike Gill said. “But once we got to the fourth quarter, we did well. A win is a win.”

Granby 66, Gateway 46
Gateway outscored Granby 21-14 in the third quarter to pull within single digits, but Granby made shots from the free throw line to pull away late and remain unbeaten.
Andy Gifford scored 15 points to lead Granby.
Curtis Dowers had 15 points and eight rebounds for Gateway. Gators’ Calvin Dowers finished with 10, and Justin Edinger had nine.
