WESTFIELD – Sharon A. Smithies (9/18/59 – 7/30/20) of Westfield, MA passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving daughters on July 30, 2020. Sharon was born in Exeter, NH to the late Milo Parker Sr. and Patricia (Cote`) Parker. Sharon grew up and attended Westfield schools. She had a gift for organizing and was a born leader. Sharon held many titles in her short life but the most important to her were Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mother, Auntie, and Grandma. Sharon lived her life to the fullest and had many adventures. Those times will carry her family and friends through as treasured memories.
Sharon is survived by her mother Patricia of Westfield, her daughter Tracy (Chad) and grand pups Cindy and Yoko of Largo Fl, her daughter Jennifer (Justin) and grandchildren Katrina (Shane), Joey, and Chris of Southwick, her sister Linda (Paul) of Alexander VA, her brother Ricky (Judy) of Westhampton, and many beloved nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her her father Milo Parker Sr., her husband of 43 yrs John Smithies, her brother Milo Parker Jr., her brother Stephen Parker, and her brother Brian Parker.
Sharon’s spirit will live on in all the hearts of those who loved her.
