HALLENDALE, FL – Sharon Lucille Oleksak, 66, of Hallendale, FL., passed away in her home in early October. The daughter of John G. Oleksak, Jr. and Lucille C. (Francoeur) Cousins, Sharon was born and raised in Westfield.
She owned and operated The Plant Theater here in the mid 1970’s. She had an artistic eye, a beautiful smile, a youthful laugh and a caring heart. She was fiercely independent, and loved animals, plants and walking beside the Atlantic.
She is predeceased by her parents, as well as her step-mother, Phyllis L. (Paradysz) Oleksak. She is survived by her sisters, Wendy J. (Oleksak) Sheldon and Marcy Oleksak; her nephew, Nicolas J. Sheldon; her aunt, Sister Elizabeth Oleksak; uncle, Richard Oleksak and several cousins.
Her funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
