SOUTHWICK – On November 16, 2017, a Southwick resident hit big playing Keno. The Massachusetts State Lottery sent out a release last week that Southwick resident Edward Hepburn hit for $160,010 on Keno.

Hepburn won by hitting all nine numbers in a nine spot that had a bonus of 4X. The release also indicated that Hepburn played 30 draws and won another $10 on a separate draw.
Using a combination of birth dates for his winning numbers, Hepburn decided to receive a one-time payment of $160,010 (less tax witholdings).
Hepburn bought the winning Keno ticket at the Country Mart on Little River Road in Westfield. As a result of Hepburn’s winnings, Country Mart earn a $1,600.10 bonus for the sale.
When speaking to the Westfield News, Hepburn mentioned that he plays a lot of numbers on Keno with the most numbers he can.
“I just happened to get lucky,” said Hepburn.
Hepburn also added that he has hit for around $12,000 and $25,000 on Keno in the past.
