At approximately 11:15 a.m., Southwick Police received a report that two male suspects were caught on the building’s surveillance system walking into the store and one of the individuals walks out with a 19-inch television and a 7-inch DVD player. The television is valued at $149 and the DVD player was marked for $80.

According to Southwick Police officer Ernie Malone, the two people were in the store for two or three minutes and left Rite Aid in a 2017 red Honda Accord that was parked directly in front of the store. The police were able to track the license plate number, which indicated that the owner of the vehicle is from Springfield, but there is no indication of who the two suspects are and if one of them owns that vehicle.

If anyone has information about the vehicle or these two individuals, contact the Southwick Police Department at 413-569-5348.
