WESTFIELD – A city man found naked in a parking lot said he had been trapped by a bush.
City police received a 12:53 a.m. call from a Franklin Street resident who said that he returned home to find a naked man in the parking lot of his apartment complex.
Officer Jared Rowe reports he arrived at the complex to find a completely naked man sitting on the apartment steps who appeared to be under the influence of drugs.
The man told Rowe that “he was trapped in a bush and had to remove all his clothing in order to get out.”
Rowe reports the man was cooperative and agreed be transported by ambulance to Baystate Noble Hospital for evaluation and treatment.
