If you have not had the chance to participate in “Putz’s Ultimate Sports Challenge,” now is the time to get involved.
Several points are up for grabs this month, beginning with the Kentucky Derby on May 6. The next leg of the Triple Crown will take place May 20th when The Preakness rolls around, and the month will end with NASCAR’s Coca-Cola 600 on May 28.
After each contest, an event winner will be crowned and receive a gift certificate. For each participant’s horse or race car driver that finishes first overall, three points will be awarded. If that horse or driver finishes second, two points will be awarded. One point will be awarded for a third-place finish.
After two months, there is a five-way tie atop the leaderboard. Kevin Michaud, Jack Pelli, Nancy Boistelle, Jeff Owczarski, and Jenn Kielbasa are all tied with two points apiece.
