Chamber of Commerce collecting winter clothes for Westfield students

WESTFIELD – The Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce’s Share the Warmth Coat drive is now ongoing to benefit students in Westfield Public Schools.

The Chamber of Commerce is collecting coats, hats, mittens, and scarves for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade for a winter in which many families may be struggling to provide everything they need for themselves.

There are more than a dozen drop-off locations for the winter clothing throughout Westfield. One can drop the clothing off at the Westfield Public Schools offices, Anytime Fitness, Betts Plumbing, Cannabis Connection, Rehab Resolutions, Results in Wellness, The Carson Center, Westfield Barnes Regional Airport, Richards Grinders, the Westfield Athenaeum, Walmart, Pottery Cellar, and the Amelia Park Arena.

Fran Zampini of the Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce said that the Share the Warmth Coat Drive will be ongoing through the end of January.
