Miracle I. Crimes, 29, of 292 Union St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $957.76, her license was suspended for 45 days and she was ordered to pay $891 in restitution. A charge of larceny of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and she was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Yuriy Kontsemal, 25, of 36 Shannon Lane was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a May 13 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery on a police officer and charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, trespass, and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Robert Heroux, 54, of 47 Broad St., saw three charges of possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute and a charge of possession of a Class C drug with intent to distribute brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Bridgette A. Barna, 24, of 11 Day Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 22 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Thomas J. Pilling, 30, of 105 Crane South Ave., Taunton, was released on $100 cash bail pending a June 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family or household member and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Brent M. Chalmers, 34, of 158 Bates Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 9 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas Dolimpio, 25, of 4 Creston St., Worcester, saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Vanessa Santana, 31, of 31 Fredrick St., saw a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police dismissed upon payment of court costs of $50. She was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Kristen N. Hackett, 28, of 69 Court St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny from a building, breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay a total of $1,050 in restitution. Judge Paul Smyth ordered an alternative sentence of a one year term in the house of correction if there is a violation of the probation he imposed. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Hackett submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for 18 months. In a third case also brought by Westfield police, Hackett saw charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 not prosecuted because the victim is deceased.
