Cory K. Schumann, 17, of 31 Foch Avenue, Apartment 2, Westfield, was arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250. Schuman was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for November 16, 2012. Fees were issued.
Dylan J. Mosher, 18, of 89 General Knox Road, Russell, was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and having an uninsured motor vehicle. Mosher was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for November 16, 2012. Fees were issued.
Robert J. Thomas, 36, no fixed address, Westfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of larceny over $250 and ordered to serve one year in the House of Corrections direct concurrent with the second count with credit for time served. Thomas also pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking and entering a building for felony and ordered to serve one year in the House of Corrections direct with credit for time served.
Adam C. Chambers, 34, of 213 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was arraigned on charges of an unregistered motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle, marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and use of a motor vehicle without authority. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for November 15, 2012.
Kyle D. Felsentreger, 30, of 35 Joyce Drive, Westfield, was arraigned on a charge of possession to distribute a class D drug. Felsentreger was ordered to submit to a drug exam. He was released on his own personal recognizance, pending a pretrial hearing scheduled for October 11, 2012.
Erica R. Johnson, 36, of 50 Franklin Street, Westfield, appeared in court on charges of an unregistered motor vehicle, a number plate violation to conceal an ID, and an uninsured motor vehicle. The Commonwealth decided not to pursue any further action.
Hector Gonzalez, Jr., 34, of 85 Knox Street, Springfield, was arraigned on charges of unarmed robbery, assault and battery, and intimidating a witness. Fees were issued. Gonzelez posted $250 cash bail. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for September 13, 2012.
Gabrien T. Richardson, 18, of 127 County Road, Huntington, admitted to sufficient facts of conspiracy but the case was continued without a finding until November 15, 2012. Fees and fines were imposed, and Richardson was ordered to pay $1,385.64 in restitution. He also admitted to sufficient facts of improper disposal of major trash on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The case was continued without a finding until November 15, 2012.
David H. Lapointe, 18, of 33 Goss Hill Road, Huntington, admitted to sufficient facts of conspiracy but the case was continued without a finding until November 15, 2012. Fees and fines were imposed, and Richardson was ordered to pay $1,385.64 in restitution. He also admitted to sufficient facts of improper disposal of major trash on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The case was continued without a finding until November 15, 2012.
Pedro Leon, 36, of 19 Lockhouse Road, Apartment 19/1, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of operating under the influence of liquor but the case was continued without a finding until August 15, 2013 with probation. Fees and fines were issued. The Commonwealth did not pursue a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Leon was found responsible for possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He admitted to sufficient facts of leaving the scene of property damage but the case was continued without a finding until August 15, 2013. He was found not responsible for a marked lanes violation and failing to wear a seatbelt.
Michael J. Cadello, 56, of 5 Jefferson Street, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of two counts of open and gross lewdness but the case was continued without a finding until August 15, 2014. Fees were issued.
Kayla Bolio, 20, of 103 Main Street, Second Floor, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of distribution of a class B drug but the case was continued without a finding until August 15, 2013. Fees, which may be lessened with community service, were assessed.
Philip J. Johnson, 21, of 20 Evergreen Drive, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and having an uninsured motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for October 19, 2012.
Sean E. Cook, 17, of 4 Lower Russell Road, Huntington, admitted to sufficient facts of conspiracy but the case was continued without a finding until November 15, 2012. Fees and fines were imposed, and Richardson was ordered to pay $1,385.64 in restitution. He also admitted to sufficient facts of improper disposal of major trash on the Massachusetts Turnpike. The case was continued without a finding until November 15, 2012.
