Leslie A. Buschmann, 40, of 67 Orange Street, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of an abuse prevention order. Buschmann was released on her own personal recognizance. Fees were issued. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for October 11, 2012.

John M. Phelps, 24, of 350 Elm Street, 2nd Floor, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, carrying a dangerous weapon, and failing to wear a seat belt. Phelps was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for October 11, 2012.

Grygorii Kravets, 18, of 126 Union Street, Apartment 1107, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of being a person under 21 in possession of liquor, but the case was continued without a finding until November 16, 2012. Fees were issued.

Zachary J. VanWart, of 1081 Huntington Road, Russell, admitted to sufficient facts of being a person under the age of 21 in possession of liquor, but the case was continued without a finding until November 16, 2012. Fees were issued.

Pablo J. Perez, 31, of 41 Pochassic Street, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a state highway-signal/sign/marker violation. Perez was released on his own personal recognizance. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for October 23, 2012.

Joseph M. Blais, 22, of 42 Church Street, Apartment 2, Westfield, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Fees were issued.

Dana P. Osowski, 30, of 99 Franklin Street, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license but continued without a finding until April 17, 2013. Osowski was also found responsible for improper operation of a motor vehicle, and found responsible for failing to wear a seat belt. Fees were issued.

Marcus D. Kane, 34, of 35 Day Avenue, was found responsible for a state highway-traffic violation, and admitted to sufficient facts of negligent operation of a motor vehicle but continued without a finding until August 16, 2013. Fees and fines were issued.

Mark Gilman, 29, of 69 Crane Avenue, Westfield, admitted to sufficient facts of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until August 14, 2015. Fees and fines were issued. Gilman also admitted to sufficient facts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, but continued without a finding until August 14, 2015; and admitted to sufficient facts of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until August 14, 2015. The Commonwealth decided not to pursue a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Joseph Theriault, 45, of 11F Monroe Street, Westfield, was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, and disorderly conduct.
