Adam E. Gogol, 27, of 32 North Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Southwick police.
Elizabeth A. Scott, 32, of 69.5 Meadow St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of uttering a false check and charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 and attempting to commit a crime brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation until Aug. 19, 2014. She was assessed $90.
Andrew A. Croteau, 29, of 24 Chestnut St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to charges of improper use of a credit cared valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and was sentenced to concurrent 9 month terms in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $5,595.
Ryan M. Habiger, 31, of 45 Lois St., Lee, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to 127 days in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for two years. He was fined $750 and assessed $600.
Alexander Moravec, 27, of 868 Southampton Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Corey S. McDaniel, 44, of 65 W. Silver Street, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Nancy L. McDaniel, 38, of 65 W. Silver Street, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his marital privilege and refused to testify.
Beth Goldstein, 48, of 47 Pinecroft Road, Weston, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. She was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $100.
Janet L. Fong, 47, of 71 Woodmont St., was released on $100 cash bail pending an Oct. 30 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI brought by Westfield police.
Igor Y. Goretskiy, 30, of 145 Worthington St., Huntington, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Scott J. Consolini, 26, of 23 Raplous St., Indian Orchard, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery, wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 and larceny from a person brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Consolini, listing an address of 54 Riverside Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed an additional $50.
Carlo J. Gouvin, 19, of 84 Corona St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for until Dec. 9, 2014. He was assessed $90.
Joseph Deauseault, 48, of 12 Green Pine Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
