Emma Caballero, 49, of an address restricted by the court, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Tasha L. Avery-Guerin, 23, of 13 New Broadway, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment.
David P. Nagle, 35, of 25 Old Farm Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding in violation of special regulation and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Igor Radinov, 38, of 13 Park St., was found to be responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle land a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with alternating flashing headlights.
Antonio Dones, 32, of 3 Lawn St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and distribution of a Class D drug and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for two years. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $500 in drug analysis fees. A drug violation near a school or park was not prosecuted.
Thomas K. Gallo, 63, of 37 Cabot Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield and a motor vehicle lights violation.
