Thomas Dunphy, 57, of 4 Crescent St., Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police.

Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012
Christopher Nawracaj, 18, of 25 Reed Ave., Chicopee, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges larceny from a building and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $375.
David E. Phillips, 40, of 3 Jefferson St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Zolia Torres, 18, of 8 Morris Ave., was found to be responsible for a charge of resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and was assessed $25. A charge of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted.
Christopher B. Burke, 32, of 215 Silver St., Granville, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards.
Christopher T. Eck., 34, of 7 Chestnut Street, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme and five charges of uttering a false check brought by Westfield police.
Kristine Tepper, 20, of 21 Ridge Road, Granby, Conn., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of threatening to commit a crime and criminal harassment brought by Southwick police.
Daniel T. St. Jean, 50, of 15 Lincoln St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Aug. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Rony D. Jimenez, 20, of 102 Walnut St., Lawrence, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker. He also admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and that charge was also continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed an additional $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seat belt and for a marked lanes violation.
Kalynn A. Stark, 24, of 15 Jared Lane, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of speeding, and assessed an additional $100.
Thomas R. Gour, 66, of 129 Glynn Farms Drive, East Longmeadow, was enjoined from making any threats or violence toward the plaintiff and was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by a Westfield resident.
Luke Stiles, 18, of 192 Abbot Hill Road, Chester, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 129 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, larceny from a building and failure to wear a seat belt brought by State Police.
