Yolanda Rolon, 50, of 12 Frederick St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50 and was enjoined from any threats, violence or contact with the victim.
Edison Perez, 19, of 49 Girard Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and improper operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Grant Cooper, 21, of 29 Beech St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Ruben Rivera, 43, of 9 Hanover St., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Anthony S. Roncalli, 23, of 184 Irene St., Chicopee, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without the registration in his possession brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Kerry Friend, 39, of 32 Highland View St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 1 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Marissa Decillis, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 8 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on ambulance personnel, assault and battery on a police officer and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
