Brandon Broga, 36, of 11 Blandford Hill Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a one year term in the house of correction with one month to be served direct with the balance suspended with probation for 18 months. He was assessed $50. In a second case brought by State Police, Broga pleaded guilty to another charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and was placed on probation for 18 months. He was again assessed $50.

Marlon T. Smith, 35, of 8 Cycle St., Westfield, saw a charge of intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when the alleged victim claimed her 5th Amendment protection and refused to testify.

Rachel K. Keiser, 22, of 27 Springdale St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police.

Christopher C. Wallace, 32, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 12 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding violation of special regulations brought by Westfield police.

Jesus M. Esquilin-Robles, 23, of 30 Putnam Circle, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in excess of the posted limit brought by Westfield police.

Roberto A. Santiago, 23, of 288 Pine St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 6 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield at an intersection and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
