Jyum Reed, 29, of 9 Morris Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
John Dobozy Jr., 28, of 5 Smith Road, Sandisfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of heroin brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for two years. He was assessed $50 and advised that any violation of probation would result in an immediate guilty verdict.
Taylor M. Arrington, 20, of 200 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, saw charges of distribution of a Class B drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and a drug violation near a school or park dismissed when Commonwealth witnesses claimed their Fifth Amendment protection and refused to testify.
Gary M. Hutchins, 36, of 47 Broad St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Feb. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug, a subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Vitaliy Covileac, 17, of 19 Parkside Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restrictions brought by Westfield police.
Patrick A. Kennedy, 23, of 134 Western Circle, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim.
Aleksandr Yurovskih, 22, of 38 Shepard St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of trespass and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan D. Zuber, 25, of 86 Falley Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Ryan F. Jarest, 21, of 18 Cycle St., was found to be responsible for a recreational vehicle noise violation and was assessed $250. He was found to be not responsible for charges of unregistered operation of a recreational vehicle, operating a recreational vehicle on a public way, and a recreational vehicle violation. A charge of failure to stop for police was not prosecuted.
