Daniel C. Loucks, 32, of 48 S. Main Road, Otis, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class A drug brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Douglas W. Charron, 18, of 99 Old Westfield Road, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Anthony R. King, 18, of 22 Nicole Terrace, Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Gisele M. Daggett, 26, of 14 Parker Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor and malicious damage to property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $100.
Sierra N. St. Onge, 19, of 43 King St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 20 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Kevin J. O’Brien, 28, of 82 Point Grove Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
