Ronald F. Cappa,
70, of 32 Woronoco Road, Blandford, had charges of disorderly conducted brought by Westfield police dismissed at arraignment after paying $50.
Robert E. Brodeur, 30, of 1 Kline Road, Southwick, was released on his own recognizance pending an August 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, which was amended to a second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Troy D. Moffat, 20, of 58 Wall St., Middleboro, had charges of a person under 21 possessing liquor and disturbing the police, brought by Westfield State University, dismissed.
Shandoah R. Mason, 30, of 145 Main St., was sentenced to 60 days in the house of correction after entering a guilty plea for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license as a habitual traffic offender, received one year suspension of license, placed on probation until June 3, 2016, ordered to pay $50 per month during probation and found not responsible for lacking an inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Ronald J. Wierzbowski, 43, of 697 Old Westfield Road, Granville, was released in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a July 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer, brought by Westfield police.
Jonathan L. Westbrook, 25, of 76 Davis Road, Southwick, was sentenced to nine months in the house of correction to be served concurrently after pleading guilty to separate charges of resisting arrest occurring on three different dates, separate charges of trespass occurring on two different dates, and disorderly conduct with charges of violating an abuse prevention order dismissed for plea purposes. All charges were brought by Westfield police.
