Aimee Turgeon, 22, of 29 Orange St., previously arraigned on a charge of reckless endangerment of a child brought by Westfield police, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Jan. 9 hearing.
Robert J. Corcoran, 31, of 12 Otis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $757.76 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Edgardo Nieves Jr., 37, of 171 East Longmeadow Road, Wilbraham, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, brought by Southwick police.
Matthew C. Felix, 38, of 38 Clarence St., West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Jacob G. Laplante, 22, of 794 Suffield St., Agawam, saw a charge of possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Thomas P. McClure, 19, of 94 Joseph Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Robert D. Dudley, 47, of 62 Stewart Lane, Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 8 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery brought by Southwick police.
Matthew Rantuccio, 24, of 978 Falmouth Road, Mashpee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of making annoying telephone calls brought by Southwick police.
Dwight M. Maltis, 24, of 1622 Worcester Road, Framingham, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, being a motor vehicle operator who refuses to identify himself and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession.
Wilmaris Hernandez, 31, of 134 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Barbara A. Desclos, 39, of 23 Bush St., saw a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim when he asserted his marital privilege and refused to testify.
Myles Simons, 18, of 43 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was placed on pretrial probation for one year after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Southwick police.
Ashley L. Reilly, 23, of 10 Washington St., saw a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim when he asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
