Peter E. Noga Jr., 19, of 18 Laurel Road, Huntington, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by State Police dismissed at the request of the victim.
Brandon P. Bedard, 23, of 830 Chicopee St., Chicopee admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny from a building brought by the Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution of $750.
Brandon J. Clark, 20, of 621 West Road, saw charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with dangerous weapon when the alleged victim invoked her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Thomas A. Leary, 50, of 109 Congamond Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for two years. He was assessed $800, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
Gilbert M. Faulkner Jr., 56, of 392 Water St., Granville, was found not guilty of a charge of making a false application for a firearms license brought by Granville police.
Marvin Roblero-Ramirez, 24, of 114 Grover St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police. He was also found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation.
