Efrain Flores Jr., 37, of 25 Kellogg St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Mark E. Ethier,47, of 93 Meadow St., was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and charges of assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police.
Daniel C. Fisher, 46, of no fixed address in Westfield, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Joseph W. Busby, 55, of 11 Bush St., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Felix Melendez, 43, of 86 Orange St., was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police.
Matthew P. Siska, 31, of 129 Prospect Street Extension, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $567.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days.
John H. Tersavich, 25, of 215 Silver St., Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt, making an improper turn and a brakes violation brought by State Police.
Courtney D. Rego, 21, of 14 Pumpkin Lane, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
