John C. Kane, 63, of 2 Art Ave., Cumberland, R.I., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a second offense, brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was fined $600, assessed $600 and his license was suspended for 45 days.
Brianna E. Fleury, 21, of 34 Maple St., Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for two charges of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. She was assessed $50.
Konstantin P. Gladysh, 21, of 251 Valley View Dr., Westfield, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on two charges of assault and battery and a single charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Martin Benitez Jr., 41, of 48 Crown St., Ist. Flr., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Robert J. Larrivee, 45, of 62 Granville Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a second offense, brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation for two years. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Jullian S. Santiago, 28, of 44 Savoy Ave., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a Class B drug brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Michael T. Wellspeak, 54, of 158 Berkshire Ave. Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation for one year. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, and was placed on probation for one year.
Christian M. Burton-Hill, 24, of 40 Rittenhouse Terrace, Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of strangulation or suffocation and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to an 18 month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for 18 months. He submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and intimidating a witness and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for 18 months.
Jason R. Young, 35, of 114 Joseph Ave., Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
