SOUTHWICK – Geraldine Klonoski, 83, (1943–2026) passed away on May 13th, 2026, at Baystate Medical Center. Born in Westfield, MA on January 19th, 1943, the daughter of the late Joseph A. and Mary (Bieda) Zanolli, she graduated from Southwick Regional High School.
Having held various jobs, she enjoyed sewing and being a seamstress the most. She was also a longtime communicant of Our Lady of the Lake Parish.
Besides her parents, Geraldine was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia “Patty” Asensio and her brother Joseph Zanolli. To cherish her memory, she leaves her children Lon Winchell, Sherry Marcyoniak, Victoria Salamon, and Jo-Anne Klonoski; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her brother John Zanolli; a special family friend Jay Harris as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, from 4–6 p.m. at Southwick Forastiere Funeral & Cremation, 624 College Highway, Southwick followed by a funeral home service at 6 p.m. A procession will form on Thursday, May 21st, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home followed by committal services at 11 a.m. at Granby Cemetery, Granby, CT.
