Grab & Go meals continue during April vacation week

WESTFIELD – Food Services continued to provide Grab & Go meals for kids and teens ages 2 to 18 during this week’s April vacation.
The free service offered lunch for the day and breakfast for the morning, with kid-friendly meals such as hot dogs, hamburgers, ham & cheese sandwiches, and chicken patties, along with a snack vegetable, healthy desserts and milk.
Locations handing out meals included Colonial Pine Acres, 50 Southampton Road from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Edgewood Apartments, 134 Union St., from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m., Powdermill Village Apts., 126 Union St., 12:50 to 1:30 p.m.
The Boys & Girls Club at 28 West Silver St., served breakfast from 9 to 9:30 a.m. and lunch 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. each day.
