WESTFIELD – It was a back-and-forth contest most of the way, but Commerce came away with a win in a closely-contested contest. The Red Raiders received a strong effort from Joe Garcia (19 points) en route to a 61-55 victory Thursday night.
Will Cameron led Westfield with 16.
“We kind of ran out of steam in this one,” Westfield High School boys basketball head coach Josh Balestracci said, “but the kids are playing hard. Tip your hats to Commerce – they played well tonight.”
