WESTFIELD – Comedic mother and daughter team Joan and Melissa Rivers visited Westfield in a big way. Joan Rivers, best known for her TV shows, “Fashion Police!” and reality TV series “Joan and Melissa: Joan Knows Best?” was spotted outside Bon-Ton and Applebee’s. The unscheduled appearance entertained locals and shoppers. Rivers, her family, and crew are currently on a busy book tour promoting Rivers’ new book, “I Hate Everyone … Starting with Me.” The group also was said to have dined at Applebee’s, and shopped at Super Phipps Liquor, as well as making a stop at Westfield’s Wal-Mart.
