Samuel G. Wood, 18, of 13 Laurel Ave, was enjoined from making any threats or violence to or contact with the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas L. Krzanowski, 33, of 160 Point Grove Road, was enjoined from making any threats or violence to the alleged victim when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and receiving a stolen vehicle brought by Agawam police.
Joseph W. Boisseau, 35, of 100 Ridgewood Drive, Russell, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by a Westfield resident dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Michael D. Labonte, 47, of 35 Herman St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Randy J. Carroll, 27, of 88 Leo Ave., Dracut, , was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence or liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Lisa M. Hayes, 51, of 50 Franklin St., was released on $500 cash bail pending a Sept. 13 hearing after she was arraigned on two charges of distribution of a Class B drug (subsequent offenses) brought by Westfield police.
Troy Boisseau, 26, of 553 Montgomery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 21 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Boisseau saw charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threatening to commit a crime dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Gregory Bonneau, 17, of 100 Rachael Terrace, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 25 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of disorderly conduct and two charges of vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
John W. Abbott, 46, of 42 Arnold St., pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and was fined $100. He was assessed $50.
